Hi, I’m Thais, originally from Brazil, now based in Ireland, where I discovered and fell in love with the world of wine. It wasn’t love at first sip for me, but I’ve learnt that the path to truly appreciating wine can be a long and fun journey. That’s why my goal is to make your own journey delicious, informative, and enjoyable.
I want you to learn about different wine regions, flavours, aromas, and how to pair wines with food. Most importantly, I want you to feel confident picking the perfect bottle, whether at home or in a restaurant with friends.
During the pandemic, I pursued my passion by studying with WSET so I could help others learn how to select wines based on knowledge rather than just alcohol content (I know, we all have done that). This site is my way of sharing tips, ideas, and personal wine picks for you—one bottle at a time.
